At Velmayil Silks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing velmayiludt@gmail.com with your order details.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during sales, discounts, or with coupon codes, as well as clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Options

We provide two refund methods for your convenience:

1. Store Credit (Recommended)

  • Receive 100% value of your order as store credit.
  • As a bonus, get an extra ₹300 voucher for your next purchase.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on velmayilsilks.com.
  • We’ll share your wallet details via email or WhatsApp.

2. Bank Transfer

  • Receive 85% of the product value (deduction applied due to processing fees).
  • A ₹200 return pickup charge will apply (may vary by item size/weight).
  • Refunds will be processed through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Transfer.
  • ⛔ Cash refunds are not available.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return

    After approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

  • Product Inspection

    The returned product will be inspected at our warehouse to confirm eligibility.

  • Refund Issuance

    Once verified, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days, and confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Important Notes for Returns

  • Before opening the package, please record and share a 360° unboxing video to validate product condition.
  • Items must be unused with original tags intact for reverse pickup.
  • If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the item at your own cost. (Include your Order Number & Return ID inside the package.)

Exchange Policy

  • We offer free exchanges for eligible products.
  • Simply contact us to request an exchange. Once your return is verified, we will ship the replacement product at no additional charge.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • If your order has already been shipped or delivered, please follow the return process above.
